Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility

The Engineering School is Committed

A commitment initiated in 2009 by the first president of the school council

“Because they will know how to design with low energy costs in mind, anticipate product recycling, model before using the material, manage their projects… Polytech engineers will be Sustainable Development Engineers.”

Bernard Gréhant – Former Director of Industrial Property and Technical Innovation, SOMFY Group

An annual reinforced commitment since

“Sustainable development concerns us all. Everyone must be aware of the environmental and societal issues within their activities to ensure a sustainable future. At Polytech, this is achieved through raising awareness, training and concrete actions.”

David Gibus - Project Manager for Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility - Lecturer in Mechanics

The Polytech network is committed

The schools of the Polytech network have made five commitments structuring their approach to Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility by signing a charter resolutely geared towards action. The objective of this charter is to make the Polytech network a committed and recognized player with regard to ecological issues, with the main ambition of training responsible engineers and citizens who are part of their time.
